因為Tzara的介紹，知道了Cicada這個台灣的後搖滾樂團，這首是紀念莫拉克颱風受難者的歌，Over the Sea/Under the Water，閉上眼睛聆聽著音樂，回想當時台灣所遭受的劫難，一幕幕的畫面浮現上來。整首歌聽完，心中充滿的不是哀傷，而是希望。
